Orion Tower Sdn Bhd (1292635-X), part of the Welton Group of Companies. Welton Development is a Johor-based company set up in 2013.
Is Orion Residence freehold?
Yes. Orion Residence is freehold, on a 0.56-acre site on Jalan Gading, Bukit Bintang.
Is the land title residential or commercial?
Commercial. The homes are sold under the Housing Development Act.
Is Orion Residence completed?
Yes. The certificate of completion and compliance was issued on 2 February 2026, and vacant possession started on 1 April 2026.
How many homes and storeys are there?
298 homes in one 46-storey tower, with homes from level 11 upward.
What is the Chinese name of Orion Residence?
星悦阁.
Does the building have hotel-style services?
Yes: a concierge, valet, doorman, limousine shuttle and 24-hour security, with more services on request, some for a fee; services are subject to change and eligibility.

The homes
What layouts are there?
21 layouts: five studios (A), four two-bedrooms (B), eight larger two-bedrooms (C) and four dual-key three-bedrooms (D), plus 2 penthouses.
What sizes are the homes?
From 491 sq ft (Type A4, 45.6 m²) to 1,329 sq ft (Type D2, 123.5 m²).
Which homes are still available?
As of April 2026, all own-stay units are sold; the remaining units are offered only under the developer's investment programme. Ask for details. Type D, both penthouses and the show-unit types C4 and D2 are sold out.
How many homes are there of each type?
The 298 homes are 88 Type A studios, 52 Type B and 96 Type C two-bedrooms, 60 Type D dual-key homes and 2 penthouses.
What does dual key mean here?
On each Type D plan, bedroom 3 has its own door to the corridor and its own bathroom. The home can be used as one, or as a main home plus a suite.
Do the homes have balconies?
The plans show no balconies. Four layouts on level 11 have a private terrace: A4-T, C3-T, C4-T and C5-T.
Are the homes furnished?
Yes, every home is fully furnished, with Kohler bathrooms, Bosch, Miele or Gaggenau kitchen appliances and curtains, and a 2-year warranty (loose furniture excluded).
How high are the ceilings?
3.0 m from floor to ceiling in the rooms and 2.8 m in the kitchen.
What air-conditioning is fitted?
A central Carrier VRF system, so there is no outdoor unit for each home. Owners service their own indoor units and filters.
Which way do the homes face?
Each layout sits on one of four sides marked on its key plan: Merdeka 118, TRX, the Royal Selangor Golf Club or KL City Centre. The floor plans page lists the side for every layout.
Which show units can I see?
Type C4 (992 sq ft) and Type D2 (1,329 sq ft), at the sales gallery in Menara Keck Seng. Both types were sold out as of April 2026.
The building and facilities
What facilities are there?
A 25 m infinity lap pool, jacuzzi, playground and gourmet kitchen on Level 9; gym, sauna, yoga studio and conference room on Level 10; restaurants and a moon bar on Levels 43 to 46.
Are the restaurants on Levels 43 to 46 private?
No. They are a food and drink zone open to the public, reached by an express glass lift from the ground floor to Level 43.
How many parking bays come with a home?
One. Each home has the right to use one bay; there are 400 bays plus 30 for visitors.
How does the automated car park work?
Drive into the entry bay at Level B1 and the system parks the car on levels 1 to 8. When you request the car, the system delivers it to the ground floor; a valet can also do this for you.
How many lifts are there?
Residents have 6 lifts and 1 service lift by Hyundai, each for up to 17 people, at 4 m a second. A separate glass lift serves the public restaurants.
What security is there?
Five tiers: armed guards at the lobby, the lifts, CCTV, access cards and a digital lock on each front door.
Is there a safe deposit facility?
Yes. Residents can lease a box in the automated safety vault: 19 × 26 × 48 cm, up to 20 kg.
Are there shops in the building?
Yes: a coffee house and retail on the ground floor, a jewellery store on the mezzanine, a retail space on Level 10, and restaurants on Levels 43 to 46.
What windows are fitted?
28 mm double glazing in a bronze tint, to cut heat and noise.
Location and visits
How far is the MRT?
About a 6-minute walk (420 m) to MRT Bukit Bintang entrance D, and the same to the Bukit Bintang monorail station.
How far is Pavilion Kuala Lumpur?
About a 5-minute walk (380 m). The Starhill is about a 2-minute walk and Lot 10 about 4 minutes.
Can I walk to TRX?
Yes. The Exchange TRX is about a 9-minute walk and the TRX MRT entrance about 11 minutes.
How far is Suria KLCC on foot?
Suria KLCC and KLCC Park are about a 20-minute walk (1.5 km); LRT KLCC station is about 24 minutes.
Which hospitals and schools are nearby?
Prince Court Medical Centre is about a 14-minute walk. By road: Taylor's International School about 3.4 km, Sayfol about 4.1 km, ISKL about 5.4 km.
Where is the sales gallery?
